Peoples Accountability Commission on Floods ( PACF ) a volunteers network of civil society representatives organised a one day " Provincial Public Hearing on the issues of Flood Affected Communities" , which was held at local hotel of Karachi . Participatory Development Initiatives( PDI ) and Oxfam Novib supported Peoples Accountability Commission Floods and it held series of public hearing on the issues of flood affected communities . Flood affected communities, Government concern ministers , officials and civil society representatives participated in PACF organized Public Hearing Communities. In said Provincial Public Hearing Sindh Chief Minister Advsior for Relief Departmen,Mr Haleem Adil Sheikh Was chief guest . The purpose of holding provincial public hearing to hilight those issues of rain flood communities which not addressed by government after rain flood devastation in southern rain affected districts of Sindh after 2011 rain flood havoc .
